Shipping/Cancellation/Refund Policies


Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales after items ship are final.

Cancellation Policy

We allow 24hrs from the date and time of an order placed for cancellations and we will issue you a full refund. After 24hrs we will not issue any refunds but will issue a store credit for future purchase for the value of the order placed. 

In Stock Orders

All in stock orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item we will be happy to replace the item if we have it in stock. If we do not have the item in stock we will replace it when stock is available immediately. To make a damage claim with us please email us a photo of the damaged item to rustictiller@gmail.com along with your order number.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that this happens please contact your local post master.

Combine Shipping

We do not combine shipping nor can we add items to an order already placed pending shipping. This results in inaccurate shipping calculations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be credited to the original card used for purchase with in 7-14 days from approval/items received.

 

Please note that some items ship directly from china and can take a little longer to receive. Shipping times on some items can be between 25-60 days from the time of order from China. The Rustic Tiller will do our best to keep you notified of shipping delays and Eta. All pre-ordered items have expected ETA in description of said item. Please understand that these items are coming from china and shipping delays can happen.
